10 best teams are determined to vie for the title “Mobile Legends Professional League Champion” in the Philippines
The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League – Philippines Season 6, in partnership with Smart Telecom and official sponsor RealMe already started its eight-week regular season last August 21, 2020.
After a great open qualifier that saw more than thousands of participants trying their hand at becoming the greatest, Cignal Ultra and NXP Solid, the two teams who shined on top of the four-day contest, have finally joined Aura-PH, Onic-PH, Execration, BREN Esports, Omega PH, Blacklist International, Blufire and, BSB the eight direct invitees, to complete the final 10 participants for the regular season of the country’s biggest mobile esports league.

From a single-bracket, round-robin format in the past seasons, the 10 teams will be divided to two groups, with each team playing two best-of-three series against the other 4 teams in their group and one best-of-three series against each team in the other group. The teams will receive corresponding points per series played (three points for a 2-0 victory, two points for a 2-1 victory, 1 point for a 1-2 loss, and 0 points for a 0-2 loss) and will be ranked accordingly.
The Champion of this season will receive Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), 2nd place at Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000), 3rd place at Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000), 4th place at Three Thousand Dollars, and 5th to 8th place with One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars each ($1,500). In addition, To ensure the safety and health of the teams, staff, partners, and fans amidst the ongoing global pandemic caused by COVID-19, the entirety of the MPL-PH Season 6 will be played online. All matches will be streamed live via their official social media channels.

AURA PH

Sunsparks crew is back under a new name Aura PH. Aura PH is the only team to win back-to-back MPL-PH titles. Rafflesia and the crew is the team to beat this season. If they will perform better than the previous seasons, we may witnessed the first-ever team to get a three-peat title in MPL history. Rafflesia’s Diggie during the Game 1 versus execration is a must-watch battle.
ONIC PH

Onic PH can be considered as the greatest contender this season with a back-to-back final appearances against the defending champions. The team is ready to give their best together with OhMyV33NUS as their support player. Will Onic PH make another final appearance this season and finally bring home the crown?
BREN ESPORTS

BREN Esports is expected to conquer the league this season, with the current coach and line-up coming together this year, we may see coach Ducky and his boys hone their skills. Bren is one of the strongest rosters in the league as its squad features 4 of the 7 members of the national team that won a Southeast Asian Games gold medal in Ribo, Karltzy, Lusty, and Pheww.
EXECRATION PH

We can say that Execration is one of the scariest team in the league with Z4pnu and his title as the God of Assassins including some incredible tank sets from Ch4knu we may see this team to appear on finals this season. Execration is also one of the oldest teams in MPL-PH and this time they are ready to win the title.
SMART OMEGA

Omega PH or formerly known as SGD Omega stands as a Dark Horse team this season, fighting through Season 5 with a solid record of 6-3. Though the team suffered an early Season 5 playoffs embarrassed by Onic PH, the team is coming back with a new pick KarlTzy who is former Geek Fam PH player to make their team stronger. Together with Kenji and Haze, who also played for the country in the SEA Games.
CIGNAL ULTRA

The Season 2 MPL Champion is now back to the league after dominating the MPL-PH Season 6 qualifiers. ImbaDeejay remains to be the foundation of the group by spreading positive mindset and strategic game-play to the team. By defeating thousands of qualifiers, Cignal Ultra is giving us a message that they can bring home the crown this season.
BLACKLIST INTERNATIONAL

Blacklist International lost key players Honda Beast and Riddler after a lost from Season 5, but it immediately filled up the vacant spots by bringing Eson and Fullclip. With a new and better routine, we hope to see them climb to the top spot this season with an interesting line-up and game-play.
BSB

Claude expert Shaider and his crew will have the opportunity to at least redeem their early exit last season. Can the BSB happy-go-lucky nature impress the league this time? Are we going to see another awesome highlights on game-play from KapWan
NXP PREDATOR SOLID

AkoSiDogie NXP Solid conquered the MPL PH S6 qualifiers with H2WO and Renejay as the star players. NXP Solid is one of the known teams in Social Media and earned the recognition “Kings of the Underground” after winning various competition outside the league.
BLUFIRE

Ended at 8th place in Season 5, the team immediately went into reformation during the off-season. This has been founded by DOTA personalities Carlo “Kuku” Palad and Mark “Coach BYB” Gavin last July, BNK Blu Fire – which took over the slot vacated by ULVL.
